F Class National Teams Matches SARA 2017

Future Format Plus – Program for South Australia

At the NRAA Board Meeting held on 23rd August 2016 the results of the Interstate Survey about the future format of Interstate F Class teams matches were tabled.

There was an overwhelming preference for OPTION 1 in the survey, therefore the Board have decided to adopt this for future events, commencing in South Australia in May 2017.

For your information OPTION 1 was:-

  • Day 1 – Practice sessions then Match 1 - 20 shots at 1000 yds.
  • Day 2 – Match 2 - 15 shots at 800/900/1000 yds.

If a Venue has Metric Ranges then the equivalents are 700/800/900 metres.

Matches will be shot under the current NRAA SSR’s. Time limits have been calculated as per ICFRA Rules.

The Next F Class Teams Matches are planned at the Lower Light Range in South Australia for:-

  • Monday 1st May 2017
  • Tuesday 2nd May 2017

The SARA Queens then follows on directly from Wed 3rd to Sunday 7th May 2017.

This is also a Call for States to Nominate their F Class Teams for this Competition to the NRAA
