Rule 5.1.1 – Range Officers must do NRAA Exam to qualify.
Rule 184.108.40.206 – Confirms Metplatting and pointing is allowed with Factory Ammo.
Rule 16.1.3 – Allows Muzzle Brakes for Competitions under Chapter 16 only
Chapter 22 – Now includes 600 yds BR Shooting within the 1000 yds BR Chapter

Only a couple of Rule Changes:
rules 3.3.5 and 220.127.116.11 – These refer to the Rules about “Blow-Off” or Fouling shots. The NRAA has removed the restriction on these. In line with common practice in the ICFRA Rules they are now allowed. However the Board does not propose to adopt the practice of allowing a “Blow-Off” period on the first range of the day. Shots at a venue such as a Zero range are acceptable.

At the NRAA Board Meeting held on 23rd August 2016 the results of the Interstate Survey about the future format of Interstate F Class teams matches were tabled.
There was an overwhelming preference for OPTION 1 in the survey, therefore the Board have decided to adopt this for future events, commencing in South Australia in May 2017.
